All PN, saignée-method Rosé from estate vineyards in the Vallée de la Marne.  All 2010 vintage.  Dosage: 10 g/l.  Disgorged December 2012.

Orange-pink.  Claytonia, rose hips and the shadows on the land.  Like the best of the 2010s this was ripened in shade and guided by stars.  The finish is redolent with pepper, leather and mizuna’s green sting.  Now.
