46% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir, 15% Meunier including 12% reserve wines from two vintages. No malo and a proportion of old oak is used on the Grand Reserve. Dosage: 9 g/l.

Yellow-gold.  Has a silky sort of earthiness and the use of barrel serves to expand the wine.  Sweet straw, brewer’s yeast, yellow apple and a hint of driftwood at low tide.  For every push there’s a pull to this wine and I like that.  Now – 2022+.
