100% Chardonnay from eleven villages including Trepail & Viller-Marmery on the east facing slopes of the Mountagne de Reims, Tours-sur-Marne in the Grand Valley of the Marne and the entire Côte des Blancs.  A blend of three vintages and aged for four years on the lees before release.  No malo.

Yellow-gold.  Praline on the nose and the palate is oyster shell, lemon soufflé and white tea.  As intriguing as Brut Grand Rosé if not as layered.  Now – 2020+.
