Lemon yellow with golden hints.  Tip to tail this packs a punch and is richly textured. Riper and stronger than the ’07, which comes off ephemeral by comparison. The layering of flavors run to poached pear, candied peel, nut oil and butter mint.  Drinks more like a Bâtard than a Meursault Perrieres.  Now – 2023+.
