Emerald.   Satiny, with more layers than a mille-feuille once it sheds its reductive shy exterior.   Toasted dark bread and strawberry-orange liqueur, coriander seed and balsam.  Energized for all its opulence and the finish rides a wave of spicy red slate.  Now – 2025+.
