Five years on.

Lemon yellow.  Good sap and articulation and the associations run to lemon tart, silex smoke and the dry fragrance of wild flowers in late summer.  Domaine des Augustins aims for clean, mineral driven wines raised in stainless steel with a pedigree of structure to support an aging curve for those curious.  Now – 2022.
