Gold.  Just baked cheese biscuit flavors, forest floor, honeyed lemon preserve and a musky, well-oiled mirabelle.  With air this takes on intimations of carob bean and a savory undertow.  This shows good tension, energy and buffering density.  Now –  2022+.
