Ruby.  Fragrant notes of juniper, evergreen and wild lavender.  Rich inky fruit and roasted, singed even, like a chène vert fire, yet the mouthfeel is nearly creamy.  The finish is positively drenched in extract, a thrill-ride of garrigue-y concentrate.  Now – 2025+.
