Minimum three years on the lees.  100% Gringet from south-facing vineyards at 450 meters.  Raised in concrete eggs with no dosage.  Organic/BIO.

Yellow-gold.   At this altitude it seems both sound and flavor get amplified.  Sappier and more structured than the ’11;  as sweetly savory as seaweed, roasted green beans and veal braise.  The finish smolders with gyokoru intimations and limestone’s cling.  Now – 2022+.
