All Pinot Noir from 11.7 h/a estate vineyards in Gyé-Sur-Seine.   Always a blend of two harvests, this one 2013 (30%) and 2014 (70%).  100% malo.  Aging: 36 months.  Disgorged: March 2017.  Dosage: 7.15 g/l.  This bottle is from Lot No. 0217.

May 2019

Yellow-gold.  At once sumptuous and focused.  Chalk dust, jasmine and brioche and the’14 vintage brings on those blueberry nights.  The finish is more gloss, less mineral.  Now.

January 2018

All Pinot Noir from 11.7 h/a estate vineyards in Gyé-Sur-Seine.   Always a blend of two harvests, this one 2011 (30%) and 2012 (70%).  100% malo.  Aging: 36 months. Disgorged: July 2015.  Dosage: 7.15 g/l.  This bottle is from Lot No. 0715.

Yellow-gold.  Overtly berried with a silky sort of earthiness.  Manly yet streamlined for this, the extreme south of the Champagne region.  Salmonberries and toasted straw at the end.  Now.
