100% Chardonnay sourced from grand cru fruit from estate vineyards in Cuis, Chouilly, Epernay, and Cramant. Raised in steel. Dosage: 6 g/l.

Yellow-gold.  Blandishments of crisp green apple fruit on the cusp of lime, at once sappy and vibrant.  A toasted overlay of fennel pollen and brioche offers counterpoint and textural richness to detailed lines of mineral and chalk.  The Kimmeridgian finish is long and saline.  Now – 2030+.
