Ruby.  Good tension here; palpable density allied to delicacy and refined tannin.  A pure tart choke cherry with accents of citrus peel and mineral salts adding allure.  The finish weaves together fresh, subtle tartness of ripe fruit skin, bitter-sweet gardenia perfume and a soy-like savor.  Now – 2023+.
