Oxblood.  Last of the three to ripen because of the soil.  Shows the paradox analogous to the thread-count in linens: the more there are, the smoother it feels.  Subtle yet endless flavors of elderberry, leaf floor and graphite.  The finish is seamless and really threads the needle.  Now – 2030+.
