Ruby.  This is a big mama, a thrill-ride of terroir concentrate with an iron seam.  A touch of stems and szechuan pepper, its resinous and bitter elements nicely covered in fruit sweetness and woven into the tightly-knit fabric.  Develops Mazoyères mineral darkness along its second half.  Now – 2030+.
