Ruby.  Sap and licorice mingle on entry, centered by a thread of pink primeaux and scree.  Not as tall the ’10 but a second tier of blackberry offers delicacy, bodes well for its future.  A core of reliable tannin is grainy and ripe and the finish is long and tinged with rockiness.  Now – 2035+.
