Bernard Baudry, Chinon Blanc La Croix Boissée 2014

Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant, Berkeley CA.

Five years on.

Lemon yellow.  Focused and slim, piquant and disciplined.  Subtly honeyed in a way that underscores the faintly sweet, sorbet-like succulence of herb-tinged lime and tangerine.  The finish is the quintessence of everything I like about Baudry’s wines.  Now – 2026.
