Fifteen years on.

Yellow-gold.  Firmness and brilliance with a many-layered density, iodine sea air and saffron and a deep-within-the-red-apple place. It’s a Bouzy of front and back palate expression, as the endless finish lingers on gougere and butter cookie and warm brioche.  Now – 2030.
