Five years on.

Emerald.  Ripe, chewy and sinewy.  Plenty of material to its kaffir lime and sea spray profile.  Seems drier than usual, crystalline and superbly focused.  Long and salty, with a stern kimmeridgian backbone.  Now – 2025+.
