Aromas of linden blossom, fennel frond and candied grapefruit; palate is lively and energetic, not so much pointed as a dispersal of mineral and herb in rivulets of flavor rather than a central current. The finish features supportive, impeccably balanced sweetness and terrific transparency to the underlying blue slate. Now – 2025+.
