Yellow-gold. The nose is an aromatic blockbuster, just this side of assertive, gingerbread and mirabelle, toasted pistachio and driftwood. Hints of dried herbs, burley tobacco, some clementine as it spreads and glows. The palate expands the way the heart expands. Piquant veins of acidity and the long finish is Xmas spicy and dry. Now – 2028+.
