Moët & Chandon, Brut Cuvée Dom Pérignon Épernay 2004

Yellow-gold. The nose is a harbor of welcome, it has a cozy depth and universal appeal. The palate holds plenty of leesy richness to entertain, mocha and poached pear, with loomi and balsam counterpoint. The texture allows it to glide along, all in a smooth register. The finish is substantive, explictly connected, and very beau. Will go the distance, and the distance of the distance. Now – 2030+.
