Château Thivin, Côte de Brouilly 2011

Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant, Berkeley CA.

Crimson. There’s a graceful curve on the nose, it breathes out small woodland berries and lavender tissane. Fine-grained to porphyritic in texture, with a cooling sense of high-toned herbal concentrate and mineral inflection. The finish is symmetrical, contained, and ripped from the slopes of Mont Brouilly. Now.
