A ravishing nose of juiced celery, vodka and apple blossoms in May open out to an intense palate experience of kaffir lime, white apricot, and under-cooked crepes enrobed in pungent herbal and pit fruit essences. Shows Mont Aimé’s imprint through a saline finale of admirable length. Now – 2025+.
