Crimson. The bouquet is soaked, dense, then grows in altitude with time in the glass. Acerola cherries, cacao, and sandalwood lead the way. The palate is dusty and still charged by live tannins that lend acidity support. The black fruit and plum grow in emphasis, and acquire a concentrated burst late on. The length is assured, and its spice aspects will rise with further ageing. Now – 2030.
