Medium yellow. Reductive nose, and then a rising. There’s mint, blue slate, peach stone, and resin in the air, a nice curve of orchard fruit, the tang of tilleul and laurel in bloom. The palate shows poise and purity to its peach and pear fruit, a creamy texture, a drift of baking spice, and a zesty touch of grapefruit and tangerine. There’s a fine and discreet build in juice intensity as the finish nears. Long. Now – 2030+.
