Mono-grape cuvée from the oldest vines and estate vineyards in Festigny. Aged for three years minimum on the lees and made with 33% reserve wines from older vintages. No malo. Dosage: 7 g/l. Current release.
Yellow-gold. Discreet for Meunier, with cox orange pippin, fresh linens, spring flowers, and brioche opening out to more savory intimations of rye cracker and gingery spice. Greets the palate with a richness with refined borders, has continuous flow, nectarine and citrus zest clarity lifts it. Its structure shows through at the end, there are dried fruits, and a fine touch of chalk and mineral. Now – 2030+.
