Twenty years on.

Yellow-gold. This is distinctly savory and fusil, conveys a slightly exotic quality of pine nut, persimmon, smoke, clam stock, wild mushroom, and a brothy minerality. On the palate this is densely packed, penetrating and weightless, displaying a wonderful energy and balance. A hint of lime on the finish shows just how fresh it still is. Long. Now – 2034+.
