Swank, assured nose with broad lines and brushstrokes: quite a deft frame of oak.  Flint, tarragon, aniseed, sea breeze.  A semolina-like yeastiness.   A sherbet-y cucumber-saline in the mouth, sculpted and streamlined, medium-full: lemon oil, asian pear, apple dew.  Persistent, kaffir lime and silex finish.  Refined, classy Forêts.  Now – 2017.
