Domaine Anne Boisson, Bourgogne Aligoté 2009

Boisson Bourgogne Aligote 2009 #1

Five years on tasting.

Lemon yellow.  Some SO2 reduction at first.  Dashingly transparent with gossamer fruit, satsuma-citrus-grassy, salted-butter richness, nut-skin flavors and stony detail.  The nervy acidity adds thrust.  Only the mandarin flavors give a hint that it’s a ’09; otherwise she is punctilious and keen.  Doing great at age five; will keep for a couple more years now.  Now – 2016.
