White gold.  In ’11 the juice from Bonville’s sirloin parcels all went into the NV.  Ravishing chalk and flowers and the palate has a grainy-green complexity, like a beautiful garden of herbs on a sunny evening.  Sencha and mutsu, starched like pasta-water, saturated with grip and class.  Acupuncture finish.  Now – 2019+.
