100% Sauvignon Blanc from estate vineyards around Saint-Laurent l’Abbaye, Tracy and St-Martin-sur-Nohain.  Grown in argiles à silex (Pouilly Fumé’s clay-flint soil base) and raised in steel.   No malo.

Emerald.  It’s less smoky (and less pyrazine) than the ’13 and ’14.  White currant and chocolate mint and a notion of early spring, before the leaves but right at the peak of the blossoms.   Now.
