Five years on.

Lemon yellow.  From a sirloin parcel in the Rottland infused with finely decomposed, quartzite-rich slate and with the ’13 version nature has provided one of its more insistent iterations.  Tillieul, barley and parsnip and the tension here lies between its giber and sinew core and a certain glossiness of sap that comes off decadent for a Trocken style wine.   Now – 2025+.
