Golden yellow.  Such is the dominance of mineral elements one can’t help but recognize how far Chenin Blanc can depart from fruit and flower reference points to enter an almost ineffable ozonic and geological realm.  Semi-solid density and silken textures with vivacity and levitating buoyancy.  Very fine.  Now – 2030+.

Golden yellow.  Drool of pear juice allied to the essence of makrut lime, with its customary definition and lift.  Sinewy and tensile, salty and energetic, there’s time and space in the finish to reflect on the detail.  From 2018.
