100% Chardonnay from estate vineyards in Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry. A 50 / 50 blend of 2014 and 2015 vintages. Disgorged November 2017 after aging on the lees for two years.  Dosage: 10 g/l.

Emerald.  Crisp edges with a creamy middle, streaked in tarragon.  More lime than lemon, the flavors rounding out to toasted walnut, granny smith, white pepper and pencil lead.  Quite weighty and substantial yet with a cutting precision, it clears the way on the palate like the prow of a ship.  Now – 2025.
