Emerald. Not so much pointed as a dispersal of mineral and herb in rivulets of flavor rather than a central current. Green apple and lime, oyster shell and alkaline sea air. Palate has a whip-crack of pronounced acidity, but it doesn’t work sharp, but rather salty. The finish lights up like the silver screen. Now – 2030+.
