Magenta. Ringently intense, a child of the roche pourrie or “rotten rock” of manganese-rich, decomposed schist. A foam of purple flowers and the berried palate is energetic, not so much pointed as a dispersal of mineral and fruit rather than a central current. Now – 2025+.
