Salmon pink. A sappy and exquisite fragrance, a little envelope of cherry tobacco smoke. The palate is satiny and concentrated and the associations run to sheet metal. Cooking aromas and dewy red fruits, sorrel and salt, porcini and pancetta. The finish is positively drenched in extract. Now – 2025+.
