Dufouleur Père et Fils, Richebourg Grand Cru 1995

Fox red. The bouquet develops depth, with cassia stick, fragrant peony, and a woodsy smokiness alongside the red stone fruit. The attack is big and wholesome, and reveals a nice sweetness. On the palate this has a woven texture that gradually dries towards the finish, as the tannins emerge. Full wine, it has softened quite agreeably, with earl grey flavors on the finish. Now – 2030.
