Green-gold. The nose is a silken bounty with quince plum and smoky slate at its center. The palate juxtoposes enrichment with levitating citricity, its apricot and white raisin garlanded in balsam, orange zest, vanilla flower, and an emerging suggestion of shitake. Savory at the end, and the length is still secure. Last bottle on a case. Now – 2030+.
