Fox red.  Lots of velvet and flesh to this ’90, sweet forest red raspberries and cassis. Tertiary notes of potting soil and forest floor. Vivid acidity, good structure. The finish is articulate, dry and mineral-edged.  Lusty and rich without the vintage’s cookery. Last bottle on a case. Now.
