Yellow-green. The wine opens with a ripe, generous profile, offering inviting and well-defined aromas of persian melon, mutsu, greengage, clam stock, and a subtle touch of cold smoke. On the palate, white and green fruit take the lead, once inner reserves now forward to form an approachable structure that delivers a flowing, limpid core of sap. The length carries good intensity, and the wine bears a graceful touch of oyster shell minerality at the finish. It always worked well via its texture. Now – 2030+.
