Clean, crisp nose. Nicely fragrant: pain grillé, spring flowers & peaches. A fuller, riper wine than his Dents de Chien, it finishes with nice freshness, balance and length. Good minerality. A lovely example of the classicism to be found in the 2008 whites. I would drink the majority of these between years five and seven but they will keep nicely for up to ten to twelve. Hubert Lamy is one of first names in quality as you explore the Saint-Aubin blancs.
