Orange pink. Open, buoyant and stylish on the nose: cherry blossom, malt, butter biscuit, baking spice and a berry infused caramel. Concentrated, firm, sève and indulgent on the palate: copper tinged strawberry, rhubarb, blood orange, white chocolate, whipping cream. Barb says, “sweet, creamy, tangy and earthy.” Vigorous, frothy mousse. A mature bead. The harmony and energy on this ’93 are first rate. Very fine for the vintage. Gorgeous, outgoing and ready to party. Now – 2018.
