All Bockenauer fruit.
Water pale color with tinges of lemon yellow. On the nose, a fruit-stone interplay in three chord harmony: blue slate, quartzite and orchard fruit. Succulent but a bit forward on the palate, medium-full: apple glaze, confit peach, nectarine cream, hints of Hi-C peach puree. Not enough grip. We prefer the skeletal, chiseled versions of this Kabinett from Tim Fröhlich. Drink soon.
