Limpid crimson.  Pure, cool Volnay fragrance: peony, rosehips, rainer cherry.  Jacques went easy through the extraction here.  Gracious in its weight and presence. Keeping good grip upon itself.  Not especially complex or long but crystalline transparency above all.  Hale Champans.  Not too much longer now.  Now – 2016.
