Twenty-five years on tasting.

Lustrous ruby, amber to the rim.  Shows how deliriously positive the scorched ’89s can be.  Warm flavors of red fruit confiture, carob, hearth, burning leaf.  Indulgent but not sloppy: this has good structure underneath.  Humid finish.  Juicy Haut-Médoc, much more to it than I would have expected.  For drinking soon.
