Ten years on.

Canary yellow.  Gently oxidative notes of beeswax and caramel.  Underneath he’s excitable for solar ’05, borne forward by a brisk acidity.  Fruit is classy and citric.  He finishes savory and saline. Well-knit Saint-Romain; Coche-Bouillot wines keep well.
