Emerald.  Combines a generous depth of fruit with a pronounced character of place.  Smells like the freshest dewy sweet peas, key lime and lily of the valley.  Salty and dryish with a smoky reductive note, like the smell of Kimmeridgian rock when broken apart.  Now – 2025+.
