Ruby. The nose offers up an air of tootsie roll and gummy red fruits, complicated by notes of peony and fragrant spice. The palate comes forward with no hesitation, it has a bosky charge to it, and a fluid nature. It finishes with good definition and a woodsy flourish. Now – 2026.
