Green-gold. Stale bread and moss-covered cistern on opening. Properly “sweet” but of course not just any old sweetness. Malty botrytis and persimmon fruit, grassy and glossy backed by rampant acidity and ginger-y spice. The finish holds a certain command and authority over the senses. Now – 2030+.
